Shipping & Delivery

We generally process and ship your order within 2 business days. If there are unforeseen circumstances that extend the processing time, you will see a notification on our site during checkout.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
We will never share your information with anyone that is not a part of our payment, shipping and delivery process. Our site is safe and secure. When you checkout you will see the https address in the URL, as well as the URL in Green color. The green indicates that we have paid for a GEOtrust Extended Validation SSL certificate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30 day return or exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange a part of it, please initiate an RMA (Return Material Authorization), within 30 days of purchase. (International orders are extended an extra 30 day grace period due to 1st class shipping time frames). We provide return shipping for USA orders. International orders are responsible for return postage. Login to your account and click on the item you want to return to initiate an RMA. You will receive emailed instructions.
EXCEPTIONS: We do NOT accept returns of Samples.
We only accept orders online. Phone orders tend to result in numerous errors or wrong shade names. We hope you understand.
Our site is mobile friendly so you are not restricted to a desktop PC to place your order.
If you need to change something on your order, please notifiy customer service immediately.
We will do our best to make any needed changes if your order has not already shipped.
Also, please note that you can view your previous orders and shipping status by logging into your account.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. Please be sure your address and zip code are correct in your billing information so your payment will go through. Most declined credit cards are due to the wrong address.
We cannot accomodate requests for applying promotions prior to the start day or beyond the end date. We suggest that you sign up for our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) so that you get the latest sales.
